Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 September 2026

What this is

Dropslate is a private, self-hosted tool that schedules and publishes content to social media accounts owned by its operator. It is not a public service: there is no sign-up, no accounts for other people, and no paid plans.

Who may use it

Only the operator, Dmytro Bilotserkovets, and only with social media accounts he owns or is authorised to manage.

Content

All content published through the application is created or licensed by the operator. The operator is responsible for ensuring that every post complies with the rules of the platform it is published to, including rules on original content, disclosure of branded or sponsored material, music licensing and applicable law.

Platform rules

The application acts on behalf of the operator through the official APIs of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Use of those APIs is subject to each platform's own terms and developer policies, which take precedence over this document. The application does not attempt to bypass any platform limit, rate cap or visibility restriction.

No warranty

The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Scheduled publication depends on services outside the operator's control, and delivery at a given time is not guaranteed.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one on this page.
